Located in Portsmouth, Hampshire, England, historic home of the
Royal Navy, we are the Museum of Britain’s Senior Service.
These are exciting times at the Museum. We have just completed
the first phase of a major redevelopment, with funding from the
Heritage Lottery Fund.

are open and a new public research centre is now available. Our
Library has also been enhanced significantly by the arrival of 60,000
volumes from the Admiralty Library in London.
