Mission Statement:

To preserve and present the natural and cultural heritage of New Brunswick and other related regions. To collect, preserve, research and interpret objects which tell the story of New Brunswick and develop exhibits, publications and public programs on these and related areas for public education and enjoyment. To fully represent the province's two linguistic and cultural communities, native peoples and other cultural groups.
